Possible causes for this issue include low battery or system failure. Please follow these steps:

  1. If the smart lock is out of battery or power, you can connect the power supply using a Micro USB (5V/1A) cable to the emergency power port located at the bottom left of the lock.
  2. Use the mechanical key to unlock the lock.
  3. Replace the four (4) AA alkaline batteries with new ones immediately and try again if the lock is functioning properly.
  4. If the problem persists, you can try resetting the lock to its factory settings and setting up the user again.

When you hear the voice prompt “Battery level is too low,” please replace the batteries immediately. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Press and push up the battery cover to open the battery compartment.
  2. Remove the used battery from the compartment.
  3. Insert four (4) new AA alkaline batteries as shown.
  4. Place the battery cover back by pushing it down.
Alternatively, to unlock the door, you can use the mechanical key or an external power supply (Micro USB).

The smart lock system has a single superuser who holds the authority to modify the settings. All other registered users, referred to as general users, have normal access and can only unlock the door.
